The Faces Behind Ms Sucra: Two Creative Worlds, One Shared Vision
Ms Sucra was founded by Hasan Eisso and Marietta Gädeke – two people from different professional worlds, united by creativity, strength, and a shared vision.
Marietta is an expert in quick-witted communication and difficult conversations, as well as a German debate champion. At Lilit Kommunikation, she runs her own company in the field of communication and training. Hasan studied economics and business administration in Aleppo and comes from a family with experience in trade and sales. Life, however, did not follow a straight path. Because of war and displacement, Hasan and his family – like many others – had to move from country to country.
Out of these experiences, a deeper sense of purpose gradually emerged. We did not want to build just another company. We wanted to create something meaningful – a business that brings together creativity, craftsmanship, and real opportunities.
That is why Ms Sucra stands for more than just boots. Our company also supports refugees in Turkey – including members of our extended family, but also people we did not know before who need work, dignity, and a new perspective. For us, this brand is not only a business. It is also a way to create impact, rebuild confidence, and support families through honest work and real employment.
Before coming to Germany, we had already gained strong experience in the Turkish market – especially through Trendyol and Instagram. Our products reached many people, our community grew quickly, and despite many challenges, we kept finding ways to move forward. We learned, adapted, produced, and continued to believe in what makes our boots special.
Bringing Ms Sucra to Germany was the next logical step for us. We saw that our experience was strong, our products were distinctive, and our vision was clear. We wanted to offer something different – boots that are not ordinary, not predictable, and not already everywhere on the market.
Our designs are made for people who are bold enough to stand out. We believe in distinctive Western boots with character – expressive, bold, and full of personality. For us, style should never be boring. It should tell a story, make a statement, and give people the feeling of wearing something truly special.
