Ms Sucra is more than a shoe store in Mainz – we stand for handcrafted women’s cowboy boots, western boots and genuine leather boots with character, quality and unmistakable style.

We wanted to create more than just shoes. We wanted to create pieces with personality – for women who appreciate individuality, bold details and a modern Western spirit. Our designs stand for self-expression, confidence and feminine strength. Every shoe should not only look beautiful, but also feel special: stylish, distinctive and authentic.

Ms Sucra was founded by Marietta Gädeke and Hasan Eisso – two creative worlds united by one shared vision.
Together, we bring the best of different worlds together: communication and craftsmanship, strategy and creativity, comfort and character. This combination is what defines Ms Sucra and gives our brand its unmistakable identity.

Hasan Eisso is our leather expert and the creative mind behind the designs of Ms Sucra.
He comes from a family from Aleppo that has been making shoes and working in the footwear business for generations. All of our shoes are produced by his family in their workshop in Izmir, Turkey. Hasan has always been a self-made man – shaped by artisanal tradition, entrepreneurial thinking and a refined sense for materials, form and character. He studied Business Administration at the University of Aleppo and at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. After professional experience in Istanbul, he found a new home in Rheinhessen and became a Mainzer by choice. His background, experience and creativity continue to shape Ms Sucra in a very special way.

As co-founder of Ms Sucra, Marietta Gädeke brings her own distinctive and unmistakable signature to the brand.
She is a German debating champion, a successful entrepreneur with her first company, Lilit Kommunikation, and an advocate for female empowerment and constructive debate culture. As an intercultural expert, she speaks seven languages – with varying levels of fluency, but always with genuine curiosity for people, cultures and perspectives. Recognised by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs as a role-model entrepreneur, she leads the entrepreneurial development of Ms Sucra with strategic vision, experience and a refined sense for impact. Ms Sucra unmistakably carries her signature: exclusive, extravagant and distinctive. She tests our prototypes and makes sure that comfort and style work perfectly together. Her vision is simple: shoes for women that are genuinely fun to wear.
